Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 28 Day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely delighted with your purchase you may return it within 28 days for a full refund or exchange (excluding P & P).
Simply contact us at sales@toysforboysbourton.co.ukand we will give you the option of refund or exchange and provide you with details of how to return your product. Please make sure that all items are in their original packaging and unused. Our aim is to refund your card within a week of receiving your order back.
Cancellations
Where products are in stock, we normally dispatch orders within 24 hours. Where you wish to cancel an order, then you should contact us at sales@toysforboysbourton.co.uk as soon as possible with details of your order number. If the items have not already been sent, then we will cancel the order and refund your credit / debit card, confirming our action via e-mail. However, if the items have already been sent out, then we will e-mail you confirmation of the dispatch date and you will need to wait until receipt of the goods before we can process a collection and refund.
Damages
If for any reason your product does not reach you in perfect condition, you should contact us at sales@toysforboysbourton.co.ukwithin 3 days of receipt and we will arrange for a replacement.
Faulty Items
We guarantee that all of our products are of merchantable quality in accordance with your statutory rights. If an item develops a fault or defect, please e-mail us at sales@toysforboysbourton.co.uk with details of the problem quoting your invoice number and we will advise you of the action to take.
General Terms
All orders placed will be treated as an offer to purchase goods from us. We will only accept your offer and therefore enter into a contract with you once we have dispatched the goods to you and confirmed this by e-mail. We reserve the right to refuse or reject any offer to purchase at any time, although normally this would be if the product you have ordered is unavailable or withdrawn, we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment, or we have identified a pricing or product description error.
All product images used on this site are only representative of goods on offer. Actual goods may not be exactly the same colour, design or packaging. In the event that you are unhappy with any goods received, you have the right to return the goods under the terms of our 28 day money back guarantee. Some items offered for sale on this site may be subject to age restrictions. As a result, please do not be offended if we ask you for proof of your identity and age in order to fulfil our legal responsibilities.
Compensation. The maximum amount payable in the event of non-delivery through no fault of the customer is £10.00. Higher compensation against consequential loss is not available.
We cannot be held responsible for goods in transit back to us. Therefore we strongly advise you to send items back to us via Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery. (Recorded Delivery will only offer limited compensation should a package not be delivered and therefore Royal Mail Special Delivery is advised for all items worth over £40).

Delivery
UK Delivery
We are currently able to deliver within the UK mainland. Our rate depends on the weight of the items ordered and is calculated at checkout, up to a maximum of £4.95 per order.
If an item is in stock we aim to deliver within four working days. Delivery is by Courier or Royal Mail. A signature may be required.
BFPO Delivery
We are now pleased to offer delivery to BFPO addresses through the Post Office under their regulations regarding size and weight of parcels. Our standard delivery rate, as above, still applies.
If an item is in stock we aim to have it in the hands of the Post Office within 1 working day.
